Mar 2024 - Present / Madrid, Spain.
PRODUCT DESIGNER - SCRAPAD
I currently work on three products: a marketplace, a customer portal, and back-office tools. In the marketplace, I redesigned the registration and verification flow into a progressive model that eliminated friction caused by document upload requirements, enabling users to explore the product immediately. This drastically reduced the drop-off rate and was key to scaling the platform to 45 countries and growing revenue sixfold.
I also led the development of a Design System from scratch. Working in close collaboration with the development team, this system now supports all three products.

UX UI DESIGNER - GROWTUR
I managed projects for various clients, adapting discovery, research, and design processes to each client's needs. My greatest challenge was the digital transformation of Taiga Resorts, where I led the strategy to unify multiple independent websites and booking systems into a centralized platform that simplified the operational management of all the company's campsites.
On the other hand, I worked closely with the marketing team on the design of multilingual, personalized promotional landing pages for a hotel group in Tenerife; through flow optimization and the strategic use of discount codes, we managed to increase direct bookings and reduce dependency on external channels.

UX UI DESIGNER - FREELANCE
During this period I worked independently with private clients on web design and brand identity projects, adapting the process and scope to each project's needs.
Dec 2020 - Feb 2023 / Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I led the design of the HB4 platform, a crop tracking system built for the seed multiplication stage. My role was to act as the bridge between the business and seed development teams, translating complex requirements into a digital solution that made it possible to meet annual cultivated hectare targets. By optimizing the tool across each planting cycle, we ensured the platform provided the auditability needed to improve laboratory outcomes. This digital support not only validated the business model while international regulatory approvals were being obtained, but also served as the operational bridge for the transition toward the mass commercialization stage.
Sep 2018 - Dec 2020 / Rosario, Argentina.
During my time at Aapresid, I designed and developed various digital projects, including the Aapresid Online 2020 Congress, a comprehensive platform that virtualized the in-person event experience. I also contributed to the institutional website redesign and developed an internal platform for managing member events and training, thereby streamlining community engagement.
